This is the color of my Dutch oven the color is called โLa Merโ (French translation = the sea). So I chose to name the smoothie after its color twin. Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Iโve been making smoothies… in the winter ๐ฅถ crazy. Iโve been needing the extra boost of vitamins, phytonutrients and antioxidants that they provide. So even thou itโs a bit off season here is a really yummy recipe I made today. ๐ 2 cups strawberries ๐ 1 cup pineapple ๐ 1 cup mango ๐ 1 cup dragon fruit ๐ 2 cups pure water or non-dairy milk! I have been craving smoothies during these winter months. This is a cold smoothie. I hope to bring you some more warm smoothies in the future. I have yet made one that I truly like and want to share with you.
