I was listening to a book and this lady said I challenge you to embarrass yourself. I thought what a concept right? It takes the power away from those moments that feel so deeply humiliating. So today I answered my door when the contractor and his team showed up with my fluffy slippers on. They looked at me like I was crazy,

I smiled and laughed the whole time thinking this is the best life ever. I rather enjoyed it.
