This one task seems to be the hardest thing to do with depression.
I used to think my sister was crazy she would wake up early in the morning, make her bed, shower, get dressed, make breakfast, read the paper, and drink her coffee. She started her day all before the sun rose. She was also the first to bed.
As we got older I really felt sad for her that she had this life that never changed it must feel like ground hog day. It’s weird how I crave that structure now as I’m older.
So this week my goal is to create a structure for myself and see how that works for me.
