
Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Iβve been making smoothies… in the winter π₯Ά crazy.
Iβve been needing the extra boost of vitamins, phytonutrients, and antioxidants that they provide.
So even though itβs a bit off-season here is a really yummy recipe I made today.
π 2 cups strawberries
π 1 cup pineapple
π 1 cup mango
π 1 cup dragon fruit
π 2 cups of pure water or non-dairy milk!
Put in your blender and blend up! Adjust more liquid as needed. Enjoy.
